Drilling oil sludge are contaminants generated during oil exploration, which have complex chemical components, high levels of pollutants, and dispersed with characteristics. If it is discharges directly, the contaminants will occupy a lot of land, and the toxic substances contained in the drilling oil sludge can contaminate water, soil and make the air ecosystem deteriorated. For drilling oil sludge of the remote oilfield block, it is feasible to establish a skid-mounted mobile sludge processing device, which has considerable economic and environmental benefits.In order to implement the innocent treatment of drilling oil sludge on the remote oilfield, the comparative analysis of variety sludge-treatment technology is done firstly, and the incineration technology is determined. Then the bubbling fluidized bed incinerator is selected through analyzing variety type of sludge incinerator furnace, and referring to the characteristics of the drilling oil sludge, such as high level of volatiles, and to explode easily during the combusting process, and accommodating the requirement of structure size, easy maintenance, intermittently operating.To achieve the hazardous waste incinerator air pollutant emission limits and incineration residue treatment standards, the designing furnace temperature of the incinerator should not less than 1100℃, and the sludge residence time in the furnace is not less than 2s.According to the parameters of elemental analysis and industry analysis of the drilling of oil sludge, the outer contour size of the automotive, the sludge treatment of 20 kg/h and the furnace temperature of incinerator is 1100℃, and the residence time of the sludge is 10 s, the skid bubbling fluidized bed incinerator furnace structure size and process parameters is designed on the basis of combustion theory. Finally the parameters of the incinerator furnace were obtained as H = 1.8m, R = 0.5m; uair velocity = 0.025m/s, vexhaust speed = 3.8m/s, vsludge speed = 0.12m/s.The mathematical model of the bubbling fluidized bed combustion incinerator was built. And the three-dimensional simulation model of the incinerator was built based on Gambit software, then the model is meshed, and the boundary condition is set. The finite rate reaction model was adopted in Fluent software, the combustion process of drilling oil sludge were simulated. The results show that the main combustion zone of the furnace temperature is above 1100℃, if the residence time in the furnace is not less than 10 s, which meet the requirement of the incineration of hazardous waste emission standards. At the same time, the chamber pressure changes, the components quality content changes, and the velocity field of the two vertical perpendicular sectional areas were also analyzed. From the result of this paper, the furnace pressure changes are consistent with the operational principle of the incinerator. According to the streamline chart of flue gas, there is back flow in the furnace. It is an enhancement of combustion. Due to the sludge volatile gas phase reactant component quality content from the inlet to the outlet gradually reduced to disappear, component quality content combustion products CO2、H2O、NO2、SO2 increased gradually from the inlet to the outlet, CO、NO group sub-quality content with the furnace height increasing gradually reduced to nothing, in line with the mechanism of sewage sludge incinerators.From sludge treatment technologies to determine the selection, modeling, simulation, and the simulation results of the analysis of the incinerator, but I finally was able to compare the true reflection of oil sludge combustion conditions in the furnace.
