To be the core of a high performance CNC machine, The AC Asynchronous Spindle Motor Drive Control System need not only the features of High speed, High precision, High dynamic and static performance, but also the ability to Rev and stop quickly, output large torque. On the basis of referencing and analyzing the domestic and foreign literature and data, we put forward a king of asynchronous motor weak magnetic control strategy based on function time of zero vector, and then develop the AC Asynchronous Spindle Motor Drive Control System.In this paper, we introduce the development status and trends of AC Asynchronous Spindle Motor Drive Control firstly, and generalize and summarize the control strategy of AC Asynchronous Motor. On the basis of that, we introduce the rotor field-oriented adopting vector control. Vector control finished the decoupling control of motor excitation component and torque component. It also reduce the difficulty of control of the asynchronous motor. In this paper, several key technologies of vector control are analyzed. It contains the theory of coordinate transformation, Motor’s mathematical model on the two rotating coordinate system, principle of rotor field orientation, the design of the flux observer, principle of SVP WM and its modulation technique. Then we put forward the asynchronous motor weak magnetic control strategy.When the asynchronous motor running above the base speed, it is restricted by the maximum voltage and current. We divide the asynchronous Spindle Motor working in all frequency, and then distribute the current. Through analyzing several main method of weak magnetic control and combining the characteristics of this system, we put forward a king of asynchronous motor weak magnetic control strategy based on function time of zero vector and analysis it in detail. The method we put forward make full use of the dc bus voltage and putout large torque when running on high speed.Energy saving is a timeless topic. the asynchronous motor controlled by vector control system using the constant flux control method lead a low efficiency. In this paper, we studied a efficiency of optimization. We firstly analysis the loss of the asynchronous motor drive system. Then we analysis and contrast the mainstream efficiency of optimization method and select a appropriate method and used in this system. The method we used can complete the efficiency optimization and implement simply.In this paper, several important algorithm through simulation. In the basis of the correct simulation, we set up the hardware and software platform of The AC Asynchronous Spindle Motor Drive Control System. The control core of hardware platform based on DSP TMS320F2812 and the driven core of hardware platform is the Mitsubishi IPM. the software platform based on the vector control adopting modular. We debug the system step by step and finally finished the AC Asynchronous Spindle Motor Drive Control System. The experimental results show that the system has a nice control performance.
