Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(icp-ms), type of copper compounds As, Pb, Cd and Hg In the trace heavy metal elements, such As testing, established a rapid, accurate, and the determination of inorganic copper compounds, the method of multiple metal elements content In Ge, In, Bi As the internal standard substance directly at the same time determination of arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, four elements with high accuracy and sensitivity.Arsenic(As) of the linear regression equation for y=436.6x+130.3, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9, the recovery is 106.4%, RSD was 2.8%; Lead(Pb) of the linear regression equation is y=35064.0x+57979.0 correlation coefficient is 1.000 0, recovery is 108.2%, RSD was 0.7%; Cadmium(Cd) of linear regression equation is y=1493.3x+290.8 correlation coefficient is 1.000 0, the recovery is 98.3%, RSD was 1.3%; Mercury linear regression equation is y=2330.7x+58.1 correlation coefficient is 0.999 9, the recovery rate is 106.8%, RSD was 6.3%.For copper compounds as a nutrient supplements, and its application in food and pharmaceutical industry provide an effective quality control method.
