It will make our living environment cleaner, more hygienic and closing to nature through using furniture and interior material that is made of artificial board decorated by antimicrobial impregnated veneer. In this study, nano-TiO2 was modified by KH-550. The influence of the amount of modifier, modified temperature and modification time to nano-TiO2 surface modification was studied; MF/nano-TiO2 composite resin was prepared, and the influence of dosage of nano-TiO2 to the resin was studied; When impregnating veneer under atmospheric pressure, the influence of the moisture content, dipping time and dipping temperature to amount of resin was studied;Using vacuum impregnation, the influence of vacuum time, inflation time and the degree of vacuum to amount of resin was studied; Curing process to veneer, the influence of curing time,curing temperature and the amount of resin to the curing degree was studied; Pressing the veneer to the basic material,the influence of hot-pressing temperature, hot-pressing pressure, hot-pressing time and the amount of resin to the apparent performance and physical performance of decorative veneer was studied. The results showed that:1. When nano-TiO2 was modified by KH-550, the KH-550 was grafted onto the surface of nano-TiO2 successfully. It can improve the dispersed property of nano-TiO2 in an organic solution and reduce the aggregate.The optimum process of nano-TiO2 surface modification was:the amount of modifier was 2%, modified temperature was 70℃, modification time was 120 min;2. The added amount of nano-TiO2 had little impact on the resin curing time and curing temperature, and had greater influence on the viscosity and antibacterial properties of materials. The optimum adding amount was 0.5%. Under this adding amount, the resin curing temperature is 123.24℃, curing time is 55.6s, viscosity is 32 MPa · s, total antibacterial rate R is 99%;3. When impregnating veneer under atmospheric pressure, there was little effect of the moisture content and dipping time on the amount of immersion. The effect of dipping temperature on the amount of immersion was great, and the dipped amount of veneer increased with increasing temperature. Using vacuum impregnation, the effect of vacuum time and inflation time on the amount of immersion was small, and the effect of the degree of vacuum on the amount of immersion was great. Considering the production efficiency, the time of vacuum was selected 5 min, the time of inflation was 10 min.4. There was little influence of dipped amount on the degree of pre-curing, on the contrary, the impact of drying time and drying temperature was large. Comprehensive analysis, following tests will choice a drying temperature of 100℃, drying time of 4 min. And the curing degree was 46.24%.5. The optimum process of hot pressing and the degree vacuum was:the degree of vacuum was -0.06 MPa, pressing temperature was 140 ℃, pressing time was 90 s, hot pressure was 1.5 MPa; the performance of the product was:the chromatism was 5.03, the roughness Ra was 3.98 μm, the wear value was 73.47 mg, surface bonding strength> 1.26 MPa, dipping stripping experiments were successful, and the rate of the total anti-bacterial was 99%.
