Nano-TiO2 is a kind of new photocatalysis environmental friendly inorganic material; it can be used many fields such as air Purification and wastewater treatment. It has been given attention by more and more people.In this paper, the antibacterial action on bacteria such as E.coli.S.aureus, Bacillus Subtilis, and fungus such as Candida albicaus, Saccharomyces cervisiae, Aspergillus niger with the modified nano-TiO2 as the antibacterial material was studied. The effects of the condition illumination, the initial pH value in solution, the condition temperature, the initial concentration of bacteria, the bacteria species, the initial concentration of nano-TiO2 and the energy experiment on the impacts of antibacterial action of nano-TiO2 were studied.
