It will have great adverse effects directly to the development of social economy and human health, Seriously threat to water quality and safety.The ecological floating bed technology is a new type of ecological remediation for water purification using a floating bed plant. In the early traditional ecological floating, Plant is the main contribution for purifying water, degradating.But limited by microbial attachment environment,the number and kinds of microorganisms is deficient in the purification process, the traditional ecological floating bed can not achieve the ideal effect to remove the pollutants in wastewater.In order to improve the poor performance of ecological floating bed to the polluted water, this paper is based on the traditional ecological floating bed frame, increaseing suspension filler in water, configurating of microporous gas explosion system construction, to format a new micro aeration enhanced ecological floating bed system.The main mode of the device is a "floating bed plant (aquatic plant unit)+packing system (micro processing unit)+aeration system (aeration unit)". Based on the experimental platform, this paper focus on the removal effect of nitrogen element in the sewage under the different aeration conditions and different filling conditions.lt will help to lay a theoretical foundation for micro aeration enhanced ecological floating bed and further understand the process of water purification of the experimental device; at the same time,through Studying the best aeration and the types of filling removing nitrogen in sewage by the experiment device,which can also provides theoretical support for for governmenting eutrophic water. This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:1. The purification effect of the micro aeration enhanced ecological floating bed to TN, NH3-N in sewage was significantly better than the enhanced ecological floating bed and traditional ecological floating bed.The removal rate of TN, NH3-N in polluted water were 69.08%and 81.14%,while enhanced ecological floating bed and traditional ecological floating bed removal rates for TN and NH3-N in polluted water were 65.70%and 53.06%, 55.57%and 44.80%.2. Under different aeration conditions, the micro aeration enhanced ecological floating bed show the removal capability for TN and NH3-N in sewage.The order of removal effect to degradat nitrogen is:7.5L/min> 10.0L/min> 5.0L/min> 2.5L/min> 0L/min, and the best aeration rate is 7.5L/min.The maximum removal rate of TN was 69.08% and NH3-Nwas 81.14%. Therefore recommending 7.5L/min as the best aeration aeration in micro aeration enhanced ecological floating system.3. With the filler type as the variables,the experimental results show that, builted by the combined filler micro aeration enhanced ecological floating bed had better purification effect on wastewater, the removal rate of TN was 71.19% and NH3-N was 84.27%. The removal effect was significantly higher than that of floating bed system elastic packing and mixed filler floating bed system.At the same time,The growth quantity of plant floating bed with combined packing and the nitrogen accumulation is higer than other plants.Absorption capacity of plants to nitrogen element showed stem leaf parts> root part, so it can be harvested regularly floating bed plants, will bring out the water nitrogen.4.The contribution rate were 23.85%,20.56% and 22.10% of floating bed plants (purple iris) for nitrogen removal, concentrating about 20%.The maximum contribution rate is 23.85%,and the contribution rate of floating bed plant in all kinds of floating bed system has no obvious difference. |
