| With the improvement of people’s living standard and the progress of science and technology, the poisonous gas from the atmosphere more and more, our country should implement the strategic thought of sustainable development path, it is necessary to reduce the air pollution and it is necessary to increase the ambient air monitoring efforts. Which is one of the most critical step. According to the actual needs of this subject,a multifunctional portable gas detecting instrument based on ADuC7060 is designed to monitor the temperature and the density of five different gases, such as, oxygen, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitric oxide.The sensors used in this project are five kinds of different electrochemical gas sensors, The designed instrument can detect the content of 5 kinds of gas through the sensors, the corresponding level was displayed on the LCD screen in real time. Sindicator lamps and buzzer will gave alarm as soon as the collected data exceeds the set value. In order to provide users with a good view and good human-computer interaction interface, The hardware circuit of the system is also designed with the keyboard circuit, and the signal conditioning circuit which used for receiving signals through electrochemical sensor, the sound and light alarm circuit, the power supply circuit, the data storage circuit and so on.The control chip of detector adopts ADuC7060 produced by the ADI company as its core, using it to process the A/D converted data. In order to facilitate the management and operation, the data storage circuit is designed. The detected data processed by ADuC7060 was stored in the corresponding memory unit. In the whole system, using the embedded system as the platform to complete loading the program under the development environment of Keil4, the software adopts the modularization programming idea, giving full consideration to the performance of the system. Following, the paper discussed the specific design schemes of hardwre design and software design.Finally, the software and hardware debug method were discussed in great detail.The equipment has been completed debugging in the laboratory, and the experimental results have reached the required accuracy, demonstrated strong anti-interference ability and stable performance. System design deficiencies, prospects and several aspects which still need to be improved are given at the end of the paper. |
