Wine wastewater have the characteristics of high organic matter concentration, the water quality of volatile, high SS value and complicated composition. For these characters,we used liquid chromatography and GS/MS for analyzing and discussing wine wastewater composition.Think of wine wastewater mainly comes from the stage of production process, including in addition to the terrier crushing, inverted cans, filtration and filling.The organic composition in wastewater are mainly sugar, tartaric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, malic acid, polyphenols and glycerol; main inorganic component is Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe. part of refractory organic matter lead to wine wastewater biological treatment completely difficult.So to meet the increasingly strict processing standards, we need for further advanced oxidation process.Adopting test in the laboratory, using Fenton reagent oxidation of wine wastewater treatment.We investigate the influence of p H,concentration of Fe2+,m(H2O2): m(Fe2+) on the removal of COD by Fenton reagent.Experimental results show that the best reaction conditions are p H=3.8,m(H2O2):m(Fe2+)=5,c(Fe2+)=40mmol/L.On this condition, the removal rate of COD can be achieved and can be broken down partly hard biodegradable organic matter,which can effectively improve the wastewater biochemical properties.The actual production of wastewater treatment works in a wine business, and introduces the main wine wastewater treatment methods, a detailed description of the content and parameters of the project design, through engineering debug, analyze the anaerobic- aerobic wastewater treatment process on wine problems and ways to solve.Combined type, water quality characteristics and the effect of wine wastewater treatment, this paper discuss the main problems existing in the process. and to get better treatment efficiency,to meet the increasingly stringent water quality standards,some advises proposed.
