Winery wastewater was producted within vinification which contained grape juice,grape skin residue,tartaric acid crystals,containing sugar,alcohol,ester,acid,phenol and other organic compounds,with a high concentration of chemical oxygen demand(COD),polyphenol content,suspended solids(SS),etc.Because wine wastewater had obvious seasonal variation,wastewater and the concentration of organic matter rised sharply in wine-making process.And even worse,that brought lots of difficulties for microbial treatment technology,thus the effect of treatment would be reduced.Using physical and chemical pretreatment before biodegradation technique,it not only could reduce pollutant concentration but also the impact of the seasonal variation.Fenton,ultrasonic and iron-carbon internal electrolysis were preprocessing techniques,which worked well in treatment of wastewater.Based on the above three technologies as the research target and winery wastewater as the object,this paper had studied the various influence factors in the process of wastewater treatment and obtained the optimum technological parameters carefully,and choosed the best optimum conditions.Finally,formed the process route of wastewater treatment in combination with physicochemical and bio-contactor technology.Main results were as follows:(1)Monotechnics.The optimal conditions of Fenton: pH was 3.5,c(H2O2):c(Fe2+)was 7,dosage of fenton over 5g/L and time over 30 min;the optimal conditions of ultraphonic: pH was 3.5,power over 80 W,frequency aprouched 100 kHz,and time over 45 min;the optimal conditions of Fe/C electrolysis: pH was 3.5,Fe/C mass ratio was 1:1,dosage over 100 g/L,time over 160 min.(2)Hyphenated technique.The optimal conditions of ultrasonic-fenton: ultrasonic fruquency approached 100 kHz,power over 80 W,H2O2 dosing quantity was 5.73 g/L;The optimal conditions of Fe/C electrolysis-fenton: pH between 3.5 and 3.8,38% H2O2 dosing quantity between 125 ml/L and 128 ml/L,dosing quantity of Fe/C between 106 g/L and 115 g/L,and Fe/C mass ratio was 1:1.(3)The processes for winery wastewater treatment.In this paper,formed the treatment combined with iron-carbon electrolysis-Fenton-bio-contactor technology.The COD and total nitrogen(TN)index of wastewater had reached the "GB27631-2011" indirect emissions standards;biochemical oxygen demand(BOD),total phosphorus(TP),SS,p H,ammonia nitrogen and chroma reached the direct emissions standards after the hyphenated technique.Therefore the process route of iron-carbon electrolysis-Fenton can be used as the pretreatment technology.
