Liquefied natural gas(LNG) as clean energy, with security, economic, and environmental advantages. In recent years, the Beijing air pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, PM2.5 index of long-term remains high, Beijing has accelerated there structuring of energy, and natural gas has become a major source of energy in Beijing irreplaceable. Meanwhile, as the country’s city with largest gas consumption, pipeline accidents and lack of reserve capacity and other factors will cause problems for Beijing‘s stable gas supply. Therefore, the construction of a set of liquefaction, storage, loading, emergency gasified LNG contingency reserve in one of the stations has outstanding significance. Relying on this topic ‘Beijing gas group southwest LNG emergency reserve station project feasibility study’, the paper analyzed and compared with the world’s major natural gas pretreatment process and liquefaction industrial schemes, and determined the suitable technical scheme of this project, hope to be able to as the construction basis of the southwest LNG emergency storage and distribution station and other small and medium sized LNG liquefaction plant.
