This paper mainly studied the falling film mass transfer characteristic of nano lithium bromide solution added vapor of additive.According to the molecular structure of 2-ethyl-1-hexanol,analyzed the mass transfer strengthening mechanism of 2-ethyl-1-hexanol from the solid-liquid interface and gas-liquid interface perspective.The generated conditions,process and mechanism of Marangoni convection are analyzed from the micro and macro perspective.Explained the differences and advantages.of adding vapor phase 2-ethyl-1-hexanol compared with adding liquid phase 2-ethyl-1-hexanol.According to the change of surface tension of pure lithium bromide solution,lithium bromide solution only added nanoparticles,nano lithium bromide solution added dispersant,the saturated adsorption amount of 2-ethyl-1-hexanol in lithium bromide solution with different components were calculated by Gibbs adsorption equation and Szyszkowsk empirical formula, and it is concluded that the saturated adsorption amount of 2-ethyl-1-hexanol reduced in the nano lithium bromide solution adding dispersant.Different quantity of liquid phase 2-ethyl-1-hexanol were put into the steam generator,then controlled and calculated the content of vapor phase 2-ethyl-1-hexanol.The experiment on mass transfer characteristic of nano lithium bromide solution added vapor phase 2-ethyl-1-hexanol was studied by the lithium bromide solution mass transfer test bench. The relative concentration difference,water vapor absorption rate,mass transfer coefficient was studied under different absorption pressure and flow rate with nano particle and vapor phase 2-ethyl-1-hexanol as additive.And the The effect of Marangoni convection caused by vapor phase 2-ethyl-1-hexanol was represented by addF.The experimental results show that the nano particle and vapor phase 2-ethyl-1-hexanol play a role in promoting the ability to absorb water vapor.There are certain regularity between the ability and flow rate, absorption pressure and 2-ethyl-1-hexanol content. The mass transfer coefficient of nano lithium bromide added 1% 2-ethyl-1-hexanol is 1.74 times over pure lithium bromide solution and 1.32 times over nano lithium bromide solution when.the absorption pressure is 1.6Kpa.The adsorption amount of 2-ethyl-1-hexanol was calculated according to the water vapor absorption rate,and the result is consistent with the saturated absorption amount and variation trend of addF. That was addF did not increase as the growth of the mass transfer coefficient It is considered that the inhibition of Marangoni convection could be caused by increasing Li Br solution flowing rate, and the absorbed amount of water vapor would be weaken as 2-ethyl-1-hexanol was added more...
