One task of this paper is the all-process dynamic simulation of low pressure oxo device to 2-ethyl hexanol production. This device is consisted of feedstock purification unit, oxo reaction unit, butyraldehyde and isomer separation unit, aldolisation unit, hydrogenation unit, refining unit. The used equipments mainly include heat exchanger, stripper, flash drum, oxo reactor, aldolisation reactor, hydrogenation reactor and others simple equipments. By establishing systemic model and using feasible(suitable) solution way, it is used to the real time simulation and practical process and obtain the good effect.The simulation results are discussed after the establishment of model.
