The welding technology is widely applied to many walks of life. Most of the time, Many parts of the structure need to welding and it is easily to accumulate deformations in the welding process. These deformations in the structural will affect the function of the structural or even make the structure unusable, so it is very important that how to reduce the structure the welding deformation. In this paper we used finite element software ANSYS to simulate the welding process, and the temperature and displacement structure is obtained by the simulation. We make the welding sequence member be a condition to optimize the welding deformation of the structure and get more reasonable welding program.First of all, in this paper we use the indirect method of simulation software ANSYS to get the temperature field and displacement field of the cross-slide under eight welding sequence. We get relatively reasons welding sequence by the results of the comparative analysis.Secondly, for the question of calculation, no convergence and time-consuming in the simulation of the welding process, we put forward ideas that superimposed welding deformation to calculate the rail deformation of the cross-slide structure. This method solves the issues in the preceding process to a certain extent. Finally, due to many factors in the welding not considered, the result of the finite element simulation is not so accurate. In this paper we use a semi-physical to simulate the welding. In this paper, Indentation method combined with experimental analyzing stress state of the weldment when it subjected to uniaxial tensionThe study was funded by the science and technology major projects in Liaoning province corpus:the static dynamic thermal characteristics and low stress Manufacturing of the horizontal machining center (201301002-01).
