In recent years,China’s major regional haze occurs frequently,the results showed that the important reason is PM2.5. PM2.5 pollution cause great impact on people and the environment,monitoring mass concentration of PM2.5 is imminent.PM2.5 sampling membrane is good or bad will affect the accuracy of collecting particulate matter,under the influence of the membrane material,the level of technology and the ability of the preparation,there is a big difference in the PM2.5 sampling membranes,and our country does not have complete PM2.5 sampling filter performance evaluation technical specifications,above reasons affect the progress of PM2.5 sampling filter membrane and the management of membrane industry.Therefore,to carry out the research on performance evaluation technical methods of PM2.5 sampling membrane has very important significance.This paper treat quartz and Teflon membrane filters as the study object,research for its key performance indicators,while analyze the evaluation technical methods.First determine the sampling membrane major performance evaluation indicators and methods. Sampling filter pinhole inspection methods propose to use the atmospheric particulate matter sampling membrane pinhole detector to check pinholes,the detecting apparatus utilize the principle of the photodetector,signal acquisition uses LABVIEW software processing,depending on the size of the peak height and peak width can be accurately detected tiny pinholes’ s number and size.Digital Caliper and scanning electron microscopy analysis can determine the thickness of the sampling membrane.When scanning electron microscope observes the porosity,by freeze-drying and oven drying,compare the membrane SEM pictures of the two pre-treatment methods is no different.In the weight stability experiment,consider the sudden temperature changes affect the membrane weight,base on the difference in the weight of heavy and decide to add the temperature sudden changes sitation in the stability experiments.Finally,apply the mathematics statistical methods to research the relationship between the sampling filter weight and other performance indicators,obtain a significant correlation indicators are weight stability test temperature and humidity,trace elements Al,Mg,B and Mg ions.In addition to B,the filter weight and other performance metrics are positive correlated.By carrying out the research on performance evaluation technical methods of PM2.5sampling membrane, provide the operating basis for PM2.5 sampling membrane product testing and performance evaluation,design to form a complete PM2.5 sampling membrane performance evaluation technical specifications work to lay the foundation.
