The Pharmaceutically Active Compounds(Ph ACs) is overused by person,and gradually accumulate in the environment.It is very difficult to decompose in nature in a relatively short period, called "pseudo persistence" Waste water treatment plants(WWTP) is Ph ACs indirect sources of pollutants in the environment, along with sewage plant residues of drugs and their metabolites discharge into receiving waters, pollute the environment.So there was an important practical significance to study on migration and transformation of Ph ACs in wastewater treatment process.This study selected the handan and xingtai five WWTPs, analyzes 20 kinds of Ph ACs influent and effluent concentration, through material conservation its migration regularities, and studied the method of ozone ultraviolet secondary removal effect of Ph ACs in produced.The method to respectively determine 20 kinds of Ph ACs active material in the sewage treatment plantat the same time in the WWTP samples using solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was developed. Phase extraction conditions: the HLB column, 500 ml water volume, p H of 3,0.1% formic acid as activator, a column about 5-10 ml/min speed, 2×3 ml methanol elution.Chromatographic conditions as follows: the mobile phase was 0.05% formic acid aqueous solution(A), methanol(B) and acetonitrile(C), The gradient elution program was as follows:0~7min,80~54%A、15~36%B ' 5~10%C;7~15min,54~50%A、36~40%B and 10%C;15~30min,50~0% A、40~90%B and 10%C;30~35min,0~40%A、90~50%B and 10%C;35~37min,40~75%A、50~15%B and 10~5%C;37~42min,75~80%A、15%B and 5%C.The column temperature was set to 25℃ and the flow rate was 0.6ml/min. The injection volume was 10μL and the separation was monitored at absorbance wave-length of 254 nm. The recovery of standard addition and the detection limits of the target compounds could meet the testing requirements of the antibiotics in the water environment.The method was applied to investigate the occurrences,Tested the handan A, B, C and the five xingtai E, F content of 17 kinds of Ph ACs in sewage treatment plants and distribution.During the whole sampling, cephalosporins mino detection rate is low, cefaclor, cefoperazone, ceftriaxone, cefixime,(rosie water concentration is higher.17 kinds of target material after biological treatment, in addition to the negative part of the sulfa drugs, beta lactam,carbamazepine and step-down lipid-lowering drugs have different degrees of removal, removal rate from 16.18% to 100%, in addition to the sulfa drugs, other material with temperature rise, the water concentration is reduced, higher removal rate.Temperature direct impact on drug active material removal.Through analyzing its migration in the sewage plant transformation results show that the sludge adsorption is sulfa drug major removal mechanisms in the process of sewage treatment, and beta lactam, carbamazepine and step-down lipid-lowering drugs in the main removal mechanisms in the process of sewage treatment plant for degradation.Aiming at the problem of sewage factory still remain Ph ACs in produced water, this experiment through small ozone uv device, using the BBD experiment design, studied the effect of ozone ultraviolet method to remove Ph ACs, the results showed that the drug higher removal rate increases with the increase of time, and increase with the increase of ozone, with the p H decrease, the best p H 5.86, models to predict the best extraction technology of ozone concentration of 5 mg/L, the number of the uv lamp is 1, p H 5.84, the reaction time was 79.74 min, the software to predict drug average removal rate of 70.52%...
