| Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are one of the most widely used drugs in the world today, and their residues in the environment pose potential hazards to human health and the ecological environment. In this paper, the SPE-GC-MS method was used to detect the content of NSAIDs in the incoming and outgoing water and sludge of the Shanghai six sewage treatment plant in four quarters, and analyze the main sources of NSAIDs in the sewage treatment plant and their Migration and transformation law, temporal and spatial distribution characteristics, and use risk entropy method for risk assessment. The research results can not only evaluate the removal effect of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs by sewage treatment process, but also provide a basis for improving the process. In this study,an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 10 typical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as paracetamol, ibuprofen and naproxen in sewage and sludge was established by optimizing the conditions of chromatography and solid phase extraction. The instrumental analysis was carried out under GC-MS.Within a certain concentration range, the R~2of this method was between 0.99911-0.99961,the recovery rate was 79.3%-125.6%,and the precision RSD was 1.73%-3.23%(n=6),the detection limit is between 0.04-0.30μg/L,and the lower limit of quantification is between 0.15-1.00μg/L,providing a reliable analysis for simultaneous detection of multiple non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in sewage and sludge means. The concentrations of 10 target non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the incoming and outgoing water and sludge samples of the Shanghai six wastewater treatment plant were tested. The detection concentration of the target non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in sewage is ng/L,and the detection concentration in the sludge is ng/kg;the removal rate of the target non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the sewage treatment plant ranges from-2.83%to 100%.The concentration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in tail water and surface water showed a pattern of high in spring and winter and low in summer and autumn.Using risk entropy method for risk assessment, the results show that the risk entropy values of ibuprofen, acetaminophen and diclofenac are all greater than 0.1,indicating that their residues in the environment will cause serious harm to the ecological environment and should cause Pay enough attention. |
