Development of mineral resources is a complex system engineering,exploitation of mines greatly altered the original mine environment,any links mishandling may cause damage to the environment around the mining area,endanger the safety of human life.When the mine is located near the city、river or the traffic arteries, destructive mining land development will become the main obstacles of a city and regional economic planning、implementation. Environmental Assessment is usually also referred to "Environmental Quality Assessment", Its purpose is to protect the environment and quantitative assessment on the environmental impact of all activities, including Human social behavior,policy, laws and so on. Evaluation of mineral resources and the environment, that is, the use of certain methods and means of evaluating the impact of mining activities on the environment, so as to promote the development of mineral resources and environmental development.But we should also consider the structure of the resources or the constitude of the environment during the environmental assessment.The study area belonged to the northern Qinghai earthquake zone Qaidam Asian earthquake zone, located on the Burhan Budai Shan tectonic earthquakes belt and Qaidam strong seismic zone at the junction of the north side of the site,having more frequent seismic activity. No permanent settlements in the region, Human activity mainly in mineral prospecting, exploration and mining activities in the main experiment, There is no large-scale mining activities for now. According to the 2010 first Geology and Mineral Exploration of Qinghai institute for environmental and geological survey found that adverse geological phenomena types are potentially unstable slopes, collapses, landslides and mudslides, with the collapse of most development.Thesis supported by the technology of mine environment dimensional model based on Arc Scene and three-dimensional mineral resources modeling techniques based on Surpac software,relied on the Geological Survey Project of <Mine Environment Survey and Assessment >, linked the geological hazard information and the corresponding area of mineral resources and rock structures underground mine environment information,visual analysed structural and stratigraphic information on the geological disasters location,confirmed whether human exploitation activities caused the geological disasters, Provided technical support for further specification rectify,truly realized the Resources and Environment Joint Evaluation.
