This paper established key sources of pollution emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) list in Jinan as research area, selected in 2012 as the base year, based on the metal smelting, organic glass, surface spraying, iron and steel production industry and vehicle the investigation of VOCs factor. Using the localization WRF and CMAQ, combined with the control target of PM2.5 of Jinan in 2020 the action plan for the control of air pollution target, calculate the amount of VOCs in Jinan. Using the HYSPLIT to explore the migration transformation rule of VOCs in the atmosphere. In addition, the control countermeasures of Jinan air VOCs are put forward.This study choice Models-3/CMAQ. Model system adopts triple nested grids, the center point is N36.4° and E117.0°, the distance of triple grid is 36 km,12 km and 4 km respectively. Through simulating, we can draw the following conclusions: (1)Through to analyze Jinan gasoline vehicle inspection data of yearly check line and manual collection of diesel pollution, we can calculate the motor vehicle emission factors are as follows; VOCs is 0.28 g/Km, CO is 4.63 g/Km, NOx is 0.82 g/Km. According to Jinan road traffic information and car ownership, we can get the VOCs in motor vehicle exhaust emissions of 11800 tons in Jinan.According to the sampling analysis of the steel industry and the surface coating industry, it is concluded that the emissions of VOCs of the steel industry is 28900 tons, the emissions of VOCs of surface coating industry is 12900 tons. According to the similar regions of the refinery and filling stations VOCs emission factors, the Ji’nan petrochemical industry VOCs emissions of 15200 tons, gas station filling VOCs annual emissions of 553 tons. At the same time, we set up the emissions inventory of SO2, NOx and smoke dust of coal-fired power, metal smelting and other pillar industry, the industrial point source particulate emissions is 3.981 million tons, SO2 emissions is 214200 tons, NOx emissions is 101000 tons in Jinan at 2012.Unorganized emissions of VOCs emitted is 47500 tons, particulate emissions is 51609 tons.(2) By comparing the CMAQ model to predict the concentrations of PM2.5 and Jinan PM2.5 concentration on-line detection data in the same period, concentration deviations are less than 35%, building localized CMAQ model is very reliable. The 2012 emission inventories for the base year, combined with SO2, NOx, industrial dusts and VOCs in the air pollution prevention plan in 2020, the CMAQ model predicts that under the premise of PM2.5 control objectives, Jinan 2020 emissions of VOCs to less than 29,800 metric tons, compared with the base year total VOCs,2020 VOCs reduction rate is 37%.(3)Using Hysplit to analyze air mass during the period of sampling reverse trajectory, we can calculate a trajectory every 24h.The inversion time is 168h, at the height of 500 m,1000 m, 1500 m, the clustering analysis:it is given priority to with northwest air masses in Jinan in February and December, cold air with high concentration of particulate matter invasion of jinan, easy to form the inversion and a serious phenomenon of fog. It is given priority to with the southeast air mass at the height of 500meters in Mary, proportion of about 90%.1000 m and 1500 m altitude is given priority to with the northwest air mass, proportion of about 60%. The air pressure, wind speed and visibility have certain correlation with changes of the VOCs, and the Hysplit to the simulation results are basically identical.(4)This article about Jinan total VOCs control measures are put forward, mainly including: Quickly to carry out the city’s roots of VOCs, carry out the city’s total VOCs control engineering. To make the local emission standards for Jinan VOCs, with air quality standard limit emissions of VOCs. Developing advanced VOCs prevention and control technology. To strengthen the control ability of enterprises emissions, clear responsibility, according to relevant government departments, unified planning and other measures to improve pollution status of VOCs.
