The Conductivity And Flow Measurement Applied Technology Research

Crude oil water content is an important indicator to achieve digital oilfield construction, we could use it to evaluate the well productivity, assess the value of crude oil production and mining, forecast the development of life and the degree of exploitation wells, and develop appropriate mining plan. In this paper, we study the method of measuring the water content based on the electrode conductance method, and the method of flow measurement based on the correlation method is also studied.The key technology of improving the whole system performance is studied by using the existing electrode conductance measurement system as the research object. From the scene of the water content measurement instrument calibration, we optimize the water content and related flow measurement of the signal processing algorithm, optimize design the corresponding signal processing circuit and we also equip the measurement system with a remote wireless data transmission and storage function, and then realize the real-time remote monitoring of the measurement of water content in crude oil.The influence of salinity and temperature on the measurement of the electrode conductance water content is analyzed by a lot of experiments, and it provides theoretical guidance for the calibration of the instrument. With the experimental conditions and environment of laboratory and oil field, the calibration coefficient of water content calibration is corrected and the algorithm of experimental data processing is improved. Using Gaussian fitting data processing algorithm for correction instrument calibration coefficient, the measurement precision is improved by 3.2%. The stability of the results is also significantly improved, and the deviation between the results of the measurement and the results of the oil field distillation method is obviously improved in some degree,the deviation is about 5.1%. Finally, we carry out the electrode measurement system expansion application of modeling and simulation analysis, establish the measurement model in solid medium and put forward the applicable to solid medium conductivity measurement theory and method.
