In the process of natural gas exploitation, The simulation experiment is one of the essential means for the research of the new process and the new tools. The jet and vortex tool drainage as a new technology, which has overcome the shortcomings of the conventional process, and solved the phenomenon of liquid loading more efficiently in exploitation of natural gas. However, the application of the relevant structures and tools to be further optimized. This thesis is mainly motivated by the project of Xi’an Shiyou University to create high-level university programs, and design and experiment of jet and vortex tool drainage simulation experimental platform is accomplished, at the same time, this paper has provided the theoretical reference for the construction of this experimental platform and test method:(1) Through the research and analysis of the domestic and foreign related multiphase fluid flow device, collect low pressure and low production gas wells resources at each block of Changqing Oilfield, determined the design principles of the new simulation experiment platform and got condition parameters, and designed the overall scheme.(2) Completed in the degin of the gas and liquid supply system, the simulation of pipe column system, control and data acquisition system, so the desgin work including the design and calculation of the pipeline, the main sources of power, gas dynamic regulating valve, simulation of the transparent tube design and type selection of column, loading tools and mass flowmeter components.(3) The stress analysis of the high pressure and transparent riser, which the riser belong to the nonmetallic material is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The stress distribution diagram of the pipe string is obtained, and the strength is checked and the safety is ensured.(4) The performance of the experiment platform was tested and evaluated after the Assembly work of the new platform has been finished. The verification work of the jet vortex of water drainage and gas process were completed through the test of the loading jet pump and the eddy current instrument, and provided the technical support for the optimization design of the tools.
