During the production of gas wells in the Sulige gas field,effusions affect the continuous and stable extraction of gas wells.After investigating the status of effusions in the Sulige gas field,it was discovered that gas fields not only need to discharge downhole effluent,but also need to solve the effusion in the ground pipelines.Some drainage and gas recovery processes do not fully meet actual work needs.In this paper,the principle of the jet and eddy current movement is combined with the structure of the jet pump and the eddy current tool.The jet vortex drainage and gas recovery tool is designed.The main research content is as follows:(1)Analyze the feasibility of the combination of jet and vortex motions,deduct the basic theoretical equations of the jet vortex tool,verify the parameters of a production gas well,and calculate the cyclone transport distance after the gas passes through the tool.(2)In order to verify the theoretical correctness of the jet eddy current tool,it is first tested in the ground pipeline.The structure design of the ground jet vortex tool was carried out,and the tool was subjected to numerical simulation of internal flow field,manufacturing and installation on site.The effectiveness of the tool was verified by coMParing the production parameters of the pipeline within one month before and after the test.(3)Design a downhole jet vortex tool and combine the computational fluid dynamics software to simulate the internal flow field to obtain the pressure and velocity distribution of the fluid as it passes through the tool and its components,and the distribution of the volume of the liquid through the tool to prove that the downhole tool can be improved.Natural gas flow rate and liquid carrying capacity.(4)Orthogonal test method is used to optimize the design of the structure parameters of the jet eddy current tool to obtain the best combination of structural dimensions.By changing the inlet flow rate,the liquid volume fraction,the best parameters for the use of the tool are verified.
