Basalt fiber reinforced wood and bamboo composite material, which can increase the strength of wood and bamboo composite materials and make further efficient use of increasingly scarce resources of bamboo and wood. The basalt fiber, bamboo and wood once molding not only can solve difficult glued problems between fiber reinforced resin (FRP) and the resin in the secondary molding but also can be made specific shape material (e.g.:composite rod). In this paper, unsaturated polyester resin and isocyanate adhesive on the once molding process were studied. Furthermore, in order to improve the basalt fiber and resin bonded interface, the technology of maleic anhydride grafting treatment were researched and the effects of this process with other treatments in preparation of BF/bamboo/wood composite were compared, concluded:(1)BF/bamboo/wood once molding technology using unsaturated polyester resin was researched. Time, pressure, treatment for three-factor orthogonal experiment, the optimum molding process is as follows:time:90min, pressure:1.6MPa, treatment:Shiraia and wood with HMR surface treatment, mingled with KH550 surface treatment.(2)BF/bamboo/wood once molding technology using Isocyanate resin was researched. Time, pressure, treatment for three-factor orthogonal experiment, the optimum molding process is as follows: time:120min, pressure:1.6MPa, treatment:Shiraia and wood with HMR surface treatment, mingled with KH550 surface treatment.(3)It is evident from the results of SEM, the fiber surface with maleic anhydride secondary graft treatment form new substances. FTIR test results show that amide group is formed in the reaction between maleic anhydride and-NH2 of KH550.XPS shows:O/C ratio of content increased with Kh550+MAH because of the high oxygen to carbon ratio of maleic anhydride. All in all, It is proved that maleic anhydride has been grafted to the fiber surface.(4)For UPR-BFRP stretching, bending and shear performance testing, the result shows:KH550+ maleic anhydride optimum fiber surface treatment:0.06mol/L, time:2h.(5) Study on the effects of different treatments on BF/bamboo/wood composite bonding properties. The result shows:KH550+maleic anhydride has the best performance with unsaturated polyester resin and plasma+KH550 has the best performance with isocyanate resin.
