Research On The Constructing Problems Of National Ecological Community Under The Perspective Of Scientific Development

With the rapid economic development and more and more obvious environmental issues, how to promote the harmonious development of economic development and environmental protection has become an important proposition of national development. In order to solve the important proposition, scientific development has undoubtedly become an important choice. The scientific development aims at taking people at the first place and promoting the comprehensive and coordinated development of economy and environment. Along with economic development, people’s request to the life quantity is higher and higher. As the main places where people live, their environment directly affects the quality of life. Therefore, it has become the most concerned problems of people-- how to continuously improve the ecological environment of the community in line with ecological requirements, how to carry out the construction of the ecological community. Under this background, this thesis chose the scientific development as guidance and discussed the constructing problems of national ecological community. Basing on the construction of ecological community in western countries, this thesis tried to propose the basic countermeasures to deal with the national ecological community, and thereby provide experiences and references for administrative department.
