Study On The Construction Of Ecological Progress System In China Based On The Marxist Ecological System

The Eighteenth National Congress put forward our overall approach is to promote economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress, which puts the construction of ecological progress to an unprecedented height. The report holds that it is the deficiencies of system that cause the environmental problems. To protect the ecology environment, we must rely on the system. It is not a long time of constructing the ecological progress system in China; we should research and demonstrate how to construct the system systematically. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction of ecological progress system if we based on the Marxist Ecological System in China.The paper includes five parts. The first part is about the basis and significance of the topic, the domestic and international research profile, research methods and innovative points. The second part is about the connotation, feature and significance of ecological progress system. It means a lot to domestic ecological progress and global ecological system that enhancing the ecological progress system, after the author studied its concept systematically. The third part is about the thought and significance of Marxist ecological system. The thought of Marxist ecological system includes two sections: the thought of Marx and Engels’ ecological system and the scientific outlook on development’s ecological system, which is of great significance to the construction of ecological progress system in China. The fourth part is about the situation and analysis of construction, which refers to the achievement and problems. The deficiencies of the ecological progress system are about the ecology economic, administrative management, social participative and ecology legal aspects. The fifth part is about the way of constructing the ecological progress system in China. It includes the construction of economic system, administrative management system, social participative system and legal system in conformity with the requirement of ecological progress.
