Enterprises existence of high cost, low efficiency in the development process of new products, this article refers to the virtual assembly technology in the new remote target vehicle development process, using three-dimensional computer simulation model of the product and virtual assembly in the computer interface, solve the subsequent assembly problems in the design phase, reducing the production costs, improve production efficiency, make products more market competitiveness.Because of the complexity of remote target gear components parts has complex product structures, during the assembly process of introducing modular thinking in this paper, not only this will reduce the complexity of assembly, but also to ensure the accuracy, improved efficiency of the assembly. Based on the research component of the virtual gear assembly technology, the main research work is illustrated in the following aspects.First, for complex gear component products, the focus of this research when you select a provincial assembly from the many possible in order to satisfy certain constraints and assembly rules under optimal effort assembly sequence. Therefore. using a method of assembly sequence planning based on genetic algorithm and applied to the various components of the gear assembly planning component of the product.Second, on the results of the optimal assembly sequence planning needs further verification, the need for assembly path planning, DELMIA simulation using a test based on the demolition of the assembly path planning techniques, reference to the assembly sequence planning, according to the structural characteristics of the various components of gear components. Should be timely adjustments assembly sequence when Collision appeared to interfere in the assembly process, eventually get the optimal assembly sequence.Third, for assembly sequence and assembly path also using assembly planning assembly simulation to verify whether it is reasonable in this paper.
