Titanium alloy material with mechanical properties and good mechanical properties, has been widely used in aerospace, medical, military and other fields. But cutting the poor performance of titanium alloy material. So titanium alloy materials need to cooperate with the suitable process, to ensure the integrity of the surface material requirements.This article thoroughly studies the factors of Ti6A14V titanium alloy surface integrity in the cutting process, high efficiency cutting and cutting quality, complete the design of the test scheme of Ti6A14V titanium alloy, used in the test of difficult to machine material for titanium alloy Ti6Al4V, selection of tools for surface fine tungsten carbide coating tools with TiAIN coating processing, processing machine tool of Shenyang machine tool factory CAK6150. Experimental study on different cutting conditions, cutting force, cutting temperature, titanium alloy material cutting, surface roughness, residual stress are studied, tool wear, and the cutting results are analyzed, the completion of Ti6A14V titanium alloy machining research, put forward the improvement scheme of titanium alloy machining, thus providing the theoretical basis and data support for the actual production.
