Make a spurt of progress in the development of economy and society, all levels of government and the public began to pay attention to protecting the environment, green, environmental protection, economy and sustainable development concept has win support among the people, and constantly improve the national problem of shortage of fresh water and the water pollution control urgency. In order to reduce the consumption of fresh water, the researchers on wastewater treatment and reuse of experiment, research. This project is aimed at an enterprise of Baotou city sewage treatment and reuse of the status quo, to study and improve the processing technology, the purpose is to improve the treatment efficiency of the wastewater treatment process, the wastewater reuse standards, further.Wastewater treatment in the first part of the coagulation pretreatment process of static test and dynamic test of coagulation - air flotation was studied, the results showed that:the best pH coagulation flotation is 7-8; the optimum amount of PACT technology in PAC 1.3g/L. When the influent pH is 7-8, BOD 50-102mg/L, CODcr 150-240mg/L, NH3-N 30-47mg/L, T-P 10-20mg/L, BOD, CODcr, NH3-N, T-P removal rate reached 47%, respectively,52%,47% and 25%.Biological treatment processes in wastewater pretreatment, biological treatment technology in the study of comparison of the treatment effect of the conventional activated sludge method, A2/O method and PACT three kinds of biological treatment system. The results of the study show that:in the common sewage in N, P content is relatively low, suggested the use of the PACT method, the contrast analysis shows that, the removal efficiency of CODcr, oil, SS PACT method is better than the conventional activated sludge process, so the refractory organic wastewater of low concentration of N, P, PACT preferred. In wastewater by N, we use A2/O P higher, the contrast analysis shows that A2/O method has the advantage that the removal of N, P.
