With the rapid development of economy in our country, in recent years, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious, such as water pollution, soil pollution, atmospheric pollution, which has caused bad influence on people’s life and health. And where high salinity wastewater discharge contaminated soil and water should not be overlooked, due to the high salinity wastewater emissions no clear emission standards, so some of the industry to produce high salinity wastewater directly discharged in general, causing serious pollution to the environment, not in line with our strategy of sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the existing technology of the high salt wastewater treatment, carried out the gas-liquid contact evaporation in high salinity wastewater treatment, to achieve zero discharge of wastewater with high salinity.This paper studies the effect on the test by the forms of the hole on the duplex plate, the tilt angle of duplex plate, circulation flow, air flow, water temperature, salinity, and weather conditions. The results show that the best form of hole on the duplex plate is SQH-03, and optimum tilt angle of 45 degrees is more conducive to high concentrated salt water evaporation; Circulation flow and air flow have the same impact trend on the test, evaporation increases first and then decreases when both of circulation flow and air flow increased. Effect of temperature on the test of the wastewater is relatively large, and as the water temperature increases, the evaporation is increased. The experimental results show,With increasing air humidity, evaporation is increasing, and the impact of the larger. With the increase of air temperature, evaporation increases, less influence.By orthogonal experiment, obtained the order by the degree of influence of each factor, temperature> circulation flow > air flow > the concentration of Na Cl, and the optimal level combination: temperature 60 ℃, circulation flow 4000 L / h, air flow 234m3/h, Na Cl 15g/L.By the derivation of confrontation, heat exchange model, derived formulas to calculate the evaporation and obtained the coefficient k at different temperatures. Designed the treatment process for circulating cooling water by Gas-liquid contact evaporation. Discussed forms of high salt wastewater pre-heating, such as solar energy,waste heat utilization. We can dispose the inorganic salt sludge by landfill. And we collect the water by cooling steam.
