Modern textile technology plays an important role in the construction of the national economy.Among many industries in China,textiles have become an indispensable and important part of these industries.This paper uses textiles with characteristics such as large specific surface area,high porosity,good air permeability,and adjustable photothermal conversion efficiency.It is used as a flow and evaporation carrier for high-concentration salt-containing wastewater.In order to study how to use textiles to treat salty wastewater with high efficiency and low energy consumption,and how to easily and quickly recover crystalline salts in wastewater.First of all,this paper started from the bridge-type evaporation structure,and discussed the influencing factors on photothermal conversion,wind energy utilization,evaporation area and crystalline salt recovery during the evaporation process of saline wastewater.The results show that the black polyester fabric has good solar absorbance ability,with 73.8%,compared with 1%of pure water,;The rough surface of the textile and the pore structure can effectively extend the air flow path,and its evaporation rate was 1.28 kg/(m~2·h);Compared with the evaporation of salty wastewater,the evaporation area and rate of the bridge-type increases by 345.7%and 342.9%;In addition,the recovery rate of the crystalline salt is as high as 98.8%.Secondly,starting from the hang-type evaporation,the effects of textile color,thickness,air permeability and hydrophilicity on the evaporation of saline wastewater were studied and discussed,and its mechanical properties and fading properties were further examined.The results show that the black fabric has the strongest effect on promoting of salty wastewater evaporation.The black fabric has a 233%higher temperature and 40.4%higher evaporation rate than the white fabric when exposed to sunlight;The evaporation rate of salty wastewater of fabric,with 0.48 mm thickness,is about 0.80 kg/(m~2·h),which is 56.3%higher than that of fabrics with a thickness of 1.32 mm;The evaporation rate of fabric with air permeability is 126.7 L/(s·m~2),is 0.78 kg/(m~2·h),compared with 53.9 L/(s·m~2)fabric has a higher evaporation rate of 56.9%;the hydrophilicity of the fabric has little effect on the evaporation rate of salty wastewater,but the osmosis capacity of salty wastewater on the fabric surface is increased by 166.7%compared to that before treatment;Mechanical and fading experiments proved that polyester fabrics have certain reliability in the application of salty wastewater evaporation.Finally,this article further optimizes the textile's promotion of salty wastewater evaporation,and studies the ZrC post-finishing and warp knitted spacer fabrics'promotion of salty wastewater evaporation.The results show that the evaporation rate of the salty wastewater on the surface of the ZrC treated fabric was 95%higher than that before the finishing with 2.31 kg/(m~2·h);Polyester spacer fabric was selected for evaporation experiments of salty wastewater,and compared with the black polyester woven fabric in this paper.The evaporation rate of salty wastewater on the surface of spacer fabric was 2.24kg/(m~2·h)increased by 107%compared to plain weave.
