With the rapid development of manufacturing industry and to enhance awareness about environmental protection and energy saving, the increasing demand for light weight, high strength composite product, especially in the backdrop of the world energy crisis and oil prices, its material properties and processing technology and focus on. Composite hydraulic press as an important technical equipment of complete composite stamping shape, its partial load resistance directly influence the machining precision of parts. Among them, the composite material of hydraulic leveling system in the four corners is the key to ensure press partial load resistance structure. And how to produce high precision with the four leveling system of composite materials is particularly important to the hydraulic equipment. Taking YT71 S – 2000 M as test object, on the one hand, on the corners of hydraulic leveling control system and structure are studied, on the other hand, using 3D software and finite element analysis technology, the hydraulic equipment is a series of coupling under different working condition of partial load analysis and modal analysis.1. The corners of the leveling system will be included in the main research object. This paper must establish the related model for the four leveling scheme, and in accordance with the relevant data analysis, required by the system of the leveling and structure size for choice.2. Ansys of hydraulic press for composite four leveling hydraulic cylinder supporting structure. Through the analysis of support structure under the forces the most major flat the maximum deformation of the support structure was improved, ultimately to ensure maximum deformation of the support structure is less than leveling leveling precision of the system, and ensure the reliability of the leveling system.3. Hydraulic press for composites under partial load condition to understand the influence of the press. Because of the hydraulic press used in the different auto parts machining of mould is different, which based on the analysis of hydraulic press can be drawn from partial load in different mould platform situation would be different.4. For hydraulic press of different forms and should advance ability, partial load of different forms in different cases, such as modal analysis of composite materials forming hydraulic press for different condition frequency and vibration mode is also different, can learn in the coupling structure vibration, brought about by the adverse vibration mode are given composites forming hydraulic press provides the improvement way. After analysis can be concluded that this kind of composite materials forming press in the mold in the coupling of the minimum frequency is far larger than the maximum working frequency, and do not resonate during work, the main aspects need to pay attention to noise.
