| With the rapid development of China’s power industry, the NOx emission of thermal power plant becoming more aggravated day by day. According to the related statistics, in 2010 the NOx emission in the power industry was nearly 10 million tons, which is almost half of the national total. Widespread domestic thermal power installed high efficiency desulfurization device, greatly reduce the SO2 emission, significant environmental benefits, but a good number of domestic units have not installed denitration facilities. Therefore, the denitration transformation problem of the thermal power plant is a pressing concern.Taking the SCR of 330MW unit of ShiHeng power plant for example, to analyze detailedly the selection of SCR technical renovation scheme, and expound some key problems for SCR. The key problem is the selection line denitrification, denitrification reducing denitration catalyst preparationand selection. Through the transformation, without affecting the safe operation of the boiler body under the premise, to achieve the following 100mg/Nm3 NOx emission concentration, flue gas denitrification efficiency of not less than 75% of the target, to meet the January 1,2012 from the implementation of thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards.Text of the research results, has passed the test of engineering practice, expect the same type units for the domestic transformation to provide a case denitration operating data and experience, and as an opportunity to promote our country’s electric power construction and environmental protection cause forward.With the rapid development of China’s power industry, the NOx emissions of power plant is increasing. The emissions of sulfur dioxide has been greatly reduced since domestic thermal power units generally installed high-efficiency desulphurization device and environmental benefits has been obtained, but part of the units has not installed denitrification facilities. Therefore, the problem of the removal of NOx from thermal power units is emergent.In this paper, a 330MW unit flue gas SCR de NOx retrofit project of Guodian Shi Heng power plant is taken as an example, several key problems have been described detailly, such as the choice of the SCR denitrification scheme design technology roadmap, denitration reducing agent preparation and deNOx catalyst selection. It is known a denitrification efficiency of as high as 75% can be done throuth the SCR project for the factory test, that is, boiler NOx maximum emission concentration is less than 100mg/Nm3, it is fully compliance with the requirements of the existing thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards. The SCR pressure drop, ammonia consumption, ammonia/NOx ratio and other indicators have also reached the design requirements.Another three months operation of the denitrification device after the system performance test has been completed. By measure the denitrification efficiency, ammonia escape rate, SO2/SO3 conversion rate SCR system resistance and ammonia consumption, it can be concluded that the SCR performance and other guaranteed values can meet the design requirements totally.The test results in this paper can be used to other domestic same type units removal denitrification retrofit project sa a case and operating experience data, and thus as an opportunity to promote China’s electric power construction and environmental protection cause forward. |
