In recent years, with the rapid development of industry and agriculture, various kinds of nutrients inflow into natural water which has been greatly exceeded the limit that normal water can bear. The resulting eutrophication phenomenon leads to the function of water reducing greatly as well as serious impact on people’s daily life. The impact on city rivers by human is more direct than other water environments. Along with the acceleration of urbanization and the expansion of the city, more and more nutrients with the sewage into the rivers, so that the eutrophication is further deepened. At present, most researchs on eutrophication of water in our country are about oceans, lakes and reservoirs, and the eutrophication problem of city rivers and the relationships among it and several key water quality factors as well as heavy metals are lack of in-depth research.Baoding city is located in the central part of the North China Plain, a typical northern city, which has four distinct seasons and many rivers around. Fuhe River is one of the important rivers in Baoding. Research found that Fuhe River has had the eutrophication condition for the plenty of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients, the slow water velocity, low dissolved oxygen and appropriate water temperature and p H. Therefore, it is very necessary to study on the eutrophication in Fuhe River.According to the section of the river water quality sampling and the the principle of setting sampling points,combining the actual situation of Fuhe River,six sampling points were selected,No.1 sampling point located at the Nanguan Bridge,No.2 sampling point located at the Gongnong Bridge, No.3 sampling point located at the Hongqi Bridge, No.4 sampling point located at the Liushoumiao Bridge,No.5 sampling point located at the Hongguang Bridge, and No.6 sampling point located at the Jiaozhuang Bridge. From April to November of 2014, the writer tested chlorophyll a, ferrum, manganese and water temperature, dissolved oxygen, p H, transparency and other water quality factors, and according to the test results drawing temporal and spatial variation curves, analyzing the changing patterns.Find the correlation among chlorophyll a and total nitrogen, total phosphorus, water temperature, p H and other water quality factors, ferrum, manganese and other heavy metals by mathematical statistic analysis method. Using multiple linear regression analysis of SPSS software with water quality factors as independent variables, chlorophyll a as the dependent variable, and the regression model was established.It can be concluded that water temperature and ferrum in water are the major factors affect on chlorophyll a in Fuhe River.The nutritional status of Fuhe River is evaluated by using comprehensive nutrition state index method, the average values of TLI(∑) of each sampling point and each season are used to judge the nutrition level.No.1,No. 2 and No.3 points are basically medium eutrophication level,D. No.4 sampling point is basically light eutrophication level,C. And No.5,No. 6 sampling points are basically severe eutrophication level, E. And about the seasons,the spring and autumn are basically medium eutrophication level, D.The summer is in severe eutrophication level, E.It can be concluded by using AHP method that the main functions of Fuhe River are flood drainage and ecological landscape. Combining with the eutrophication status and the main functions of Fuhe River, the treatment route of Fuhe River should be taken is controlling the source of water, water restoration and promotion of river function.
