The development of social economy is dependent on the energy consumption. With the rapid development of China’s economy, energy consumption also increase rapidly. Our country is the world’s second-largest energy consumer, building materials industry is in metallurgical industry, chemical industry after the third energy consumption. Cement industry energy consumption and pollution situation is not optimistic, it is necessary to strengthen energy conservation and emissions reduction. At the same time, the cement rotary kiln surface heat dissipating capacity can reach 3 to 5 mw, people often ignore the heat, its completely discharged into the atmosphere. Cement rotary kiln shell, therefore, waste heat recycling technology research, to make reasonable use of the resources, improve the cement plant of cascade utilization of waste heat and energy utilization, effectively reduce the emissions of waste heat of thermal pollution, protect the ecological environment has important and positive significance. This article mainly work as follows:1. The domestic and foreign existing cement kiln waste heat recycling system structure, operation characteristics and analysis method has carried on the comprehensive summary; And give full consideration to the actual operation of rotary kiln and rotary kiln temperature distribution, this research designs a kind of rotary kiln waste heat recycling system.2. Collector physical model is established; On the grid, the grid quality verification, the grid independence test; Set the boundary condition of every domain, Choose turbulence model and radiation model; According to the actual situation, choose suitable solver in this paper.3. Numerical simulation was carried out on the collector. Different flow pattern and different structural type collector, air field and the temperature of the water clouds. Change the different structural type collector water inlet flow, it is concluded that the heat exchange tube under different flow distribution of temperature in the cross section, consistent with actual situation.
