Applied Research Of Recycling Of Waste Heat From Boiler In Nan San Tank Farm

Energy as a limited resource for the development of the human consumption of more and more,with the air environment is becoming more and more worse,especially in the northern heavy industry and the petroleum and petrochemical industry in our country,a large amount of waste emissions bring serious pollution to the environment,so we want to "energy conservation and emissions reduction", achieve energy saving, reduce environmental pollution at the same time.This paper three four 35 tons of south of the rear of the boiler flue gas temperature and composition with water system in the return water temperature and flow rate as the main object of study, to develop a heat exchanger in the water side in parallel connection,wired in series in the flue gas side. Heat exchanger heat pipe heat exchanger is studied with the wave panel both flue gas waste heat recycling equipment,comparative analysis the advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds of heat exchanger device, selected in high thermal efficiency,not easy to scale,small resistance,compact equipment of wave at the rear panel heat exchanger as south three terminal boiler flue gas waste heat recycling equipment. According to the smoke and all physical parameters of the backwater concrete structure,size and calculate the wave panel heat exchanger on the design of a heat exchanger,secondary wave panel on Fluent for three dimensional numerical simulation of the flue gas side draw wave panel heat exchanger temperature,speed and the condition of the static pressure distribution, wave panel heat exchanger for temperature, velocity and static pressure distribution of the water. At the same time,by changing the wave panel heat exchanger,to simulate the inlet velocity under different variables to consider,wave panel heat exchanger heat transfer effect.
