Nature ecosystem can provide human with ecological services and plays an important role in people’s life and production. However, with the process of urbanization and industrialization, human beings are changing the service function of the original structure of natural ecosystems while they acquire natural services. The service function of ecosystem has been weakened to some extent and gradually become a scarce resource. It has also become a hot issue of concern. The differentiation of ecosystem service value in the study area can provide a scientific basis for ecological planning and land use structure adjustment as well as it has theoretical and practical significance to promote the construction and protection of ecological environment in region. The paper selected Jincheng City region as the study area. First of all, I took the land use dynamic degree as an index to divide kinds of ecosystems of Jincheng City region. It was divided into three regions: the urban core, the outer edge of urban-rural fringe and urban areas. I successively introduced the characteristics and land use situation of the three regions. Then, for estimating the value of non-building land for ecological services, I had region correction on the basis of the Xie Gaodi’s study results. Regarding the land for construction, I used the indirect market methods to estimate it. Finally, I analyzed the characteristics of the total value of ecological services and analyzed the differentiation regular patterns of the value based on the individual ecosystem services and various types of ecological services. Moreover, I studied the spatial concentration patterns of the value of ecological services in the study area by spatial autocorrelation analysis. The study shows that: the total value of ecosystem services of Jincheng City region shows a decreasing trend from 2001 to 2010. The value of ecosystem services in all regions displays a significant difference. It shows an increasing trend from the city center to the periphery, which is mainly led by the uneven distribution of the regional ecological land. The woodland, farmland and construction land have a greater impact on the value of ecosystem services. The water conservation and waste processing features urbanization of the study area degraded more significantly. The value of ecosystem services in the study area shows a significant positive correlation on spatial distribution. The "high- high" area mainly concentrated in the outer space of the city while the "low- low" area mainly concentrated in the urban core areas and urban-rural fringe. Furthermore, the two types of area are further widening. As different regions have different functional orientation and different land use structures. The core area of the city focuses on the urban development. The urban outer fringe is ecological conservation development areas, while the urban-rural fringe is in the transition zone. Thus, a strict ecological planning is needed in urban development. The ecological land need to be planned rationally to promote a kind of coordinated development between the urban construction and ecological environment.
