The electromagnetic radiation pollution is acknowledged as the fourth-largest public nuisance. It‘s an objective fact that it’s harm to human body.Therefore,the protection of electromagnetic radiation pollution is imminent.The conductivity of copper is second only to silver, its excellent electrical conductivity and the special structure make the electroless copper plating fabric can be used to shield the electromagnetic wave radiation and interference.But the ability of shielding the magnetic field of it is very weak, almost can be ignored, and the weatherability is poor.In order to improve the shielding of electromagnetic shielding fabric properties, oxidation resistance and acid-proof alkaline,The article has carried on the composite plating technology and performance research on the surface of copper-plated polyester fabric.The performance of electroless copper plating fabric based on the HBP-NH2 / Ag+activation was studied.The combination of the copper plating fastness was analyzed through the transparent adhesive tape method,and the copper coated fabric surface morphology, oxidation resistance, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion resistance and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of it was characterized by SEM,electrochemical workstation and textile electromagnetic shielding tester.The experimental results show the copper-plated polyester fabric is uniform density and has good conductivity.In the range of300KHz~3000MHz frequency,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of copper-plated polyester fabric is more than 90 d B, electric shielding effect is good.However,the magnetic shielding performance of it is relatively poor,has good deposit adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance, the resistant to acid and alkali is corrosion.The technology and performance of composite coating,electroless plating Ni-P alloysdeposited on the surface of copper-plated polyester fabric,were studied. The effects of various technological parameters of composite electroless plating process on conductivity of the obtained metallized fabric were discussed.The optimum technological parameters were ascertained by orthogonal experiment.The fabric surface morphology, oxidation resistance,corrosion resistance and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of Cu/Ni-P compound coating metallized fabric was characterized.The phosphorus content is more than 9%, and Cu/Ni-P compound coating metallized fabric has excellent electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, especially in the range of 300KHz~300MHz frequency, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness has obvious improvement.The effects of various technological parameters of plating Ni-P alloy process on conductivity of the obtained metallized fabric were discussed.And the change rules on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabric were analyzed.The experimental results show phosphorus content is 12.23%.Cu/Ni-P compound coating metallized fabric has good deposit adhesion, excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.In the range of 300KHz~ 500 MHz frequency,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of Cu/Ni-P compound coating metallized fabric is better than copper-plated polyester fabric.The effects of various technological parameters of plating inconel process on conductivity of the obtained metallized fabric were discussed.And the change rules on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabric were analyzed.The experimental results show the proportion of inconel is Ni74.3Fe25.7.Cu/Ni-Fe compound coating metallized fabric has good deposit adhesion,excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.In the range of 300KHz~ 500 MHz frequency,Cu/Ni-Fe compound coating metallized fabric can effectively increase the shielding properties.
