Gypsum was mined much as a kind of widely used industry and building materials. Gypsum ore forming large goaf after mining goaf, lead to goaf surrounding rock stress redistribution,and the gob collapse accidents extremely easily, cause serious threat to safety in production and its surface.Therefore,the stability study of stope has great significance to the mine production.The thesis took a mine as the research object, used ANSYS finite element software to numerical simulation analysis the goaf,then used the calculation and the simulation results compared with monitoring results.The thesis main research results are as follows:(1) The field measurement found part of the stope existed super high, super wide phenomenon,the thesis analyzed the mechanism of roof caving and pillar instability, used the "three zones"theory to calculate the crack zone thickness,the result show it close to the total thickness of overburden and surface soil,indicated that need further research about the stability of roof and pillar.(2) In combination with"Voussoir beam" method,Barton limited span analysis etc.to calculated the stability of roof and pillar,the results showed that the roof was basically stable, but there is the risk of local buckling, should leave enough the top floor and monitoring, the stope pillar safety coefficient is above 2.0, indicated the pillar was stable.(3) Combed with the stope size elements,the rock laboratory test indexes,used ANSYS finite element software and the Drucker-Prager yield criterion to numerical simulation analysis the goaf,simulation results showed that the maximum tensile stress of surrounding rock was less than gypsum orebody of tensile strength,stope displacement within the scope of the security,indicated that the stope roof was safety.(4) To monitor the goaf roof,got the monitoring statistics of the settlement and settlement curve,then got the stope roof subsidence rule by analysis,and according to the numerical calculation and ANSYS analysis results,put forward the concrete prevention suggestions, to predict disasters and guide the mine production.In combination with field measurement,and used ANSYS macro analysis the stability of goaf,the operation is convenient, the effect is ideal,the calculation results and the measured results matched well,the numerical simulation results have been used to guide the exploration and governance,and obtain a good effect.
