As special service agencies, hospitals not only have higher indoor air quality requirements but also are more susceptible to contamination infringement as public places. Currently air pollution is increasingly serious and air pollutants outdoor in the atmosphere can penetrate through bad seal windows and doors into the indoor environment. Different air supply modes have a certain impact on indoor air quality. This paper mainly studies the content of conditioned air supply mode how to affect the diffusion of air pollutants in the ward. Hospital ward usually use upper air inlet and upper air outlet ventilation, displacement ventilation and other air conditioning ventilation mode, while maintaining indoor comfort and air quality by way of natural ventilation during the transitional season. This article used commercial software FLUENT to simulate the hospital ward temperature field, the velocity field and the pollutant concentration distribution under the condition of the upper air inlet and upper air outlet ventilation, displacement ventilation and natural draught ventilation. It came to the law of indoor air pollutant concentrations, velocity and temperature distribution under the three different ways. The results show that, indoor pollutant concentrations are lowest by using upper air inlet and upper air outlet ventilation. Using displacement ventilation, the concentration of indoor pollutants shows perpendicular concentration gradient, which only to ensure that the concentration of pollutants in the area Within the vicinity of patients meet the requirements, and it can meet comfort requirements with low wind speed. When the wind speed is low outdoor, indoor air pollutants can be discharged smoothly with natural ventilation mode.Comparison of the influence of diffusion distribution rules of the pollutants under the three ventilation modes, the paper draw the scheme to control of indoor pollutants distribution, which provided the theoretical basis for reasonable Selection and design of air conditioning systems for hospital ward.
