The furnace pressure and its distribution of continuous heating furnace have an important influence on the furnace operation.At present,the length and width of the large continuous step rolling reheating furnace are large.The furnace has many burners,and it's distribution of pressure is unknown.The furnace pressure system has a great influence on the furnace temperature.It is very important to master the regular pattern of furnace pressure distribution and adjust the temperature distribution with Flue gate for actualizing precise operation of the furnace.In a thermal test to steel rolling heating furnace found that the partial pressure is high,the peephole burning phenomenon is serious,the materials are heated unevenly in the width direction,the central temperature of the billet is seriously low,Such a big difference in temperature must use lots of time of soaking to eliminate.It not only affects the rolling production,increases the fuel consumption,but also causes a large number of metal's burning loss.In this study,a large steel rolling heating furnace was the research object,the actual operating parameters of heating furnace as boundary conditions,using the method of numerical simulation.The influence of furnace bottom partition with different structure on the distribution of gas flow in furnace was mainly discussed.The furnace pressure and its distribution were studied.The flow field,temperature field and pressure field in the furnace were simulated with Fluent,according to the different bottom wall structural of the large steel rolling heating furnace in the normal production conditions.The results of simulation and thermal test results of the furnace are compared and analyzed.We conclude that:(1)There is a great difference in the uniformity of the billet heating with different structures of the hearth partition.(2)The existence of furnace bottom partition increases the running resistance of furnace gas in the furnace.(3)Most of the large slab reheating furnaces are top and side heating.The variation of pressure distribution in the length and width of the furnace has a greatinfluence on the flow and distribution of the flue gas in the effects of slab gap cloth,etc.(4)The partition wall has a shielding effect on the radiant heat of the furnace,which causing serious uneven heating of the billet,especially the middle temperature of billet.(5)The size of the length direction of the furnace is huge,and the flue suction force is not enough to adjust the furnace pressure.Excessive local furnace pressure not only affects the supply of heating and air of the furnace,but also causes serious damage to the service life of the furnace wall.
