This paper research the influence of temperature difference between phase transition temperature and environment、dosage of PCMs on heat protection of PCM protective clothing. In order to research the content, manikin objective experiment、human objective experiment and human subjective experiment were carried out in the cold environment.Meanwhile the conclusion of manikin objective experiment、human objective experiment were discussed; SPSS statistical software which contains the method of correlation analysis was used to analysis the consistency between human objective experiment and human subjective experiment results.(1) Influence of dosage of PCMs on heat protection of thermal protective clothing.Manikin objective experiment and human objective experiment were carried out on this part. 2℃,5℃,8℃ were chosed to be the environmental temperature, the different dosage of 34℃PCMs was researched on the environmental temperature respectively. The relationship between dosage of PCMs and thermal protective was discussed.(2) Influence of temperature difference between phase transition temperature and environment on heat protection of thermal protective clothing. Manikin objective experiment and human objective experiment were carried out on this part. 2℃,5℃,8℃were chosed to be the environmental temperature, 20℃、28℃、34℃ were chosed to be the phase transition temperature. Every kind of phase transition temperature PCMs wereexperimental on the different ambient temperature respectively. The influence of temperature difference on heat protection of thermal protective which can be explored.(3) The conclusion of Manikin objective experiment、human objective experiment were discussed. The testing data were analyzed, The relationship of the conclusion which came from the two experimental method were discussed.(4) The consistency between human objective experiment and human subjective experiment results. The experimental data from human objective experiment which can be used to reflect the comfort zone and thermal protective performance; subjective test which can be acquired feeling to reflect comfort and thermal protective performance. SPSS statistical software which contains the method of correlation analysis was used to analysis the consistency between Human objective experiment and Human subjective experiment results. the correlation coefficient can be obtained to verify the consistency of the subjective and objective test results.
