Accurate determination of motor power and torque is the premise of stable operation of the equipment in the design process. However, the movement of special equipment for stirring and centrifugal movement in this paper is irregular. We obtain the data of torque and power based on analogy method or experience method. But the conclusions would be not accurate.To solve the above problems, this thesis taking soil washing machine as an example, studies the dynamic performance(power, torque and speed) based on configuration software combined with the data acquisition. Finally, the dynamic characteristic curves are obtained under the working condition of soil washing machine.In the dynamic performance study of soil washing machine, the date acquisition system of configuration software is designed and established, taking SDLXJ soil washing machine as the experimental platform. The needed power and torque of equipment is collected when the speed is different in a given load condition.The Data acquisition system based on configuration software mainly include the sensing level, intermediate level and terminal level. the frequency converter of soil washing machine which adopts advanced vector control technology can accurately calculate the real-time output power, torque and frequency, and it belongs to the sensing level; the PLC belongs to intermediate level, it can reads out the data by communicating with the inverter through MODBUS communication protocol; The configuration software which is widely used in engineering is used as a terminal stage, and the data acquisition system based on configuration software will be used to monitor the dynamic performance test as well as collect and preserve the data of PLC.By using the dynamic performance study,the SDLXJ soil washing machine were optimized. To strengthen the frame, the frame is analyzed by finite element analysis software, finding out the stress concentration and the weak link.The results of this thesis has the reference significance for similar equipmentdesign. At the same time, it fills the blank of domestic research equipment for soil leaching experiment pollution.
