At the same time, temperature and washing time respectively on theinfluence of the front loading washing and the vertical automatic washing is very significant.2)The significant influencing factors of temperature and water level effect appearance ofsmoothness of silk fabric of the front loading washing; but the significant factors affecting thevertical automatic washing are the interaction of rotate speed and stop time,stop time,theinteraction of turning time and stop time,washing time;3) Washing parameters is not the mainreason affecting the color fastness to washing parameters, the influence of fabric wash fastnessand wet rubbing resistance factors are mainly chemical molecular structure of the dyes and dyeand fiber combined with the strength of the bond, different kinds of fiber and dyeing process, etc.Through the simulator functions of JMP software, simulated the optimized parameters offront loading washing machine and vertical automatic washing machine. The front loadingwashing machine parameters optimized for: washing temperature30℃, rotate speed27rpm/min, turning time6s, stop time30s, water level3840, dewatering rotational speed600rpm/min, dehydration time3min. The vertical automatic washing machine parametersoptimized for: washing time5min, rotate speed20Hz, turning time0.8s, stop time1.4s, waterlevel5, dewatering rotational speed40Hz, dehydration time3min. And two washing process ofsilk fabric and silk clothing have verified, validation results show that the optimizationprogram washing result is superior to the commonly used, and the results are close or even betterthan washed by hand.This topic research significance lies in:1) in theory, analyzes the low intensity washingparameters of front loading washing machine and vertical automatic washing machine on theeffect of fraying and silk fabric appearance performance;2) on the application, can guideconsumers to choose reasonable washing process, so as to get better washing experience, makesilk fabric is also able to machine wash. For clothing enterprises, can provide the basis of fabricdesign and selection, from the perspective of washing care to improve garment quality; Forwashing machine manufacturers, can provide the washing reference model for design washingprogram of washing high-end clothing, program design, so as to improve developmentefficiency.
