With the continuous development lf Petrochemical Economic,environmental and energy problems has aroused people’s wide attention,in order to alleviate the oroblem lf shortage of petrochemical resources,development and utilization of renewable energy,is imminent. In recent years,the production of biomass energy utilization of lignocellulosic materials have attracted extensive attention.The raw material for the production of ligtnocellulosic ethanol,namely bioethanol,has become a hot research at home and abroad. Lignocellulosic materials used for com stalk pulp.The pretreatment method of wood fiber raw materials commonly used and effective physical treatment,chemical treatment and physical chemical treatment etc…In this paper,the use of corn straw pulp pretreatment method of steam explosion and irradiation.Through rate and fermentation to produce ethanol yield of corn straw with the reducing sugar yield, surface morphology and polymerization degree, chemical stability and composition analysis of the collaborative processing process of the action mechanism were discussed. The experimental results show that, the steam explosion pretreatment bysynergistic, improve the yield has obvious effect of reducing sugar. With the increase of irradiation dose, the reducing sugar yield was increased gradually, reducing sugar 60 Mrad irradiation dose to efficiency is 3.71 times without pretreatment, ethanol was efficiency is 11.56 times without pretreatment. Synergistic pretreatment of straw pulp degree of polymerization, chemical stability has significantly changed. On the surface morphology and composition changes is not obvious, but greatly improves the yield of reducing sugar.Steam explosion-60 Mrad irradiation of corn straw pulp enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were optimized. The best enzyme solution parameters: the temperature of 50 ℃, p H 4.8 and cellulase dosage as the substrate of 50mg/g, wood poly enzyme dosage / g substrate, enzymolysis time for 48 h. Under these conditions, corn straw pulp of the enzyme solution reducing sugar yield was 29.72%.Steam explosion-60 Mrad irradiation dose of corn straw pulp the optimum fermentation to produce ethanol optimum conditions for fermentation temperature of 30 ℃, the optimum p H of 4.8, fermentation time for 4 days, the optimum amount of cellulase 50mg/g. The optimum wood poly enzyme / g, and the most suitable yeast inoculation quantity for the bottom of the 3m L/g. After optimization, the yield of ethanol is 26%, the concentration of ethanol is 5.2mg/m L.
