Suspended multi-deck table is an important equipment for gravity separation recovery of the target minerals at home and abroad,especially for the heavy metal such as tungsten separation has its unique advantages.Aiming at the correcting disadvantages of covering large floor space and having difficulty in adjusting length of stroke and frequency of stroke, combined with the related parameters of suspended multi-deck table, the four-layer suspended multi-deck table is designed by using modern design techniques.(1)Integration of the structure and characteristics of the shaking table at home and abroad,adopt more eccentric inertia shaking mechanism as the working principle of shaking table,Establish four-layer suspended multi-deck table eccentric block symmetrical installation shake the head of a bed design scheme.According to the requirements of the new structure and size to choose the structure and parameters of the components,and using Solid Works software components of four-layer suspended multi-deck table’s design of 3D modeling and two-dimensional engineering graphics.(2)Established a dynamic mathematical model of suspended multi-deck table’s bed on the basis of established the mathematical model of eccentric blocks.Using the MATLAB fmincon function to optimize parameters of suspended multi-deck table’s bed and the results show that the differential coefficient C of suspended multi-deck table decrease by 3.6%,it is satisfying the requirements of normal processing. Asymmetry coefficient E increased by 13.5%,on the premise of a larger value of C increases the fast-returning characteristic of the suspended multi-deck table,it is better improve the suspended multi-deck table’s product capacity and separating effect.(3)To improve the design of the suspended multi-deck table’s head and solve the table twist vibration problem.Using Solid Works to establish the dynamic 3D model of suspended multi-deck table’s head.Using Solid Works Motion to an analysis and comparison the bed of the suspended multi-deck table’s dynamics eccentric under the two different eccentric arrangement.Get the stress curve of the shafts and the eccentric block asymmetric arrangement of suspended multi-deck table receive a imbalance torque by size of 197.3Nm,the imbalance torque make the table twist vibration and affect the separating effect. The unbalanced moment of suspended multi-deck table’s head change for 1.371 Nm after the eccentric block symmetrical arrangement and it wasn’t produce twist vibration.The suspended multi-deck table work smooth and steady.It’s beneficiation effect has also been improved.The dynamics analysis provides reference for the design of the suspended multi-deck table.(4)Analyzed the working principle and the flow membrane separation principle of four-layersuspended multi-deck table, derived the law of the particles velocity on the table’s surface.Analyzed and research to the movement of particles in the pulp flow membrane and derived to calculate the separation parameters.(5)Using computational fluid dynamics analysis software to simulate the slurry flow field.The CFD simulation will result in different particles displacements with the different operation parameters which particles displacements was along the bed surface’s horizontal and vertical direction,obtained the sorting effect was enhanced with the increased of mineral particle density. Suspended multi-deck table is advantageous to separation of the heavy metal particles especially the tungsten particles.For the coarse sand suspended multi-deck table the separation efficiency enhanced with the increase of particle size when the grain size are between 0.5mm to3 mm.When the bed transverse slope angle adjustment as 8 degrees the coarse sand table separation effect is the best. The suspended multi-deck table is most beneficial to choose coarse sand particles when the stroke and speed is 22 mm 270times/min.
