With the increasing focus on Protect environment and save energy, automobile steel plate towards the development of high strength, lightweight direction, occupy the high strength, lightweight steel in automotive applications increasingly high proportion, and highly valued by the automotive industry and metallurgy industry.TRIP800 as a important kind of high strength steel is widely used in automotive component production, the present study for TRIP steel mainly exists in the tissue composition and heat treatment process for the research field, the fatigue performance is still not deep enough, fatigue performance is an important index to measure the automobile component, so must the fatigue properties of TRIP steel thorough research to make TRIP steel get more extensive application.Q&P is the process of heat treatment process of a new type of high strength steel can be produced with TRIP effect by adjusting the carbon enriched retained austenite and martensite in proportion, Q&P significantly increased the strength of the steel plate while maintaining plasticity,good;provides an important technological means of process for high strength steel production; for Q&P in TRIP steel; technology research mainly focus on the organizational structure of the analysis and characterization and in the quenched before take is a fully austenitic, austenitic temperature higher makes mass production difficulties. For after Q&P process treated steel (Q&P steel plate) study on fatigue performance is very few, in order to accelerate Q&P steel application must also do in-depth research on the fatigue properties. Therefore, this article on TRIP800 and after Q&P; in-depth study on steel fatigue properties of process after treatment, TRIP steel and Q&P; lay the foundation for application of process. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:(1) Analysis of the effects of Q&P process on TRIP800 microstructure and mechanical properties.(2)Research of fatigue performance on the TRIP800 plate and Q&P plate stress,fitting S-N curve and calculated the fatigue life calculation formula.(3) Research of the strain fatigue performance on the TRIP800 steel and Q&P steel, fitting the strain life curve and the cyclic stress response curve.(4) Analysis of the two kinds of steel fatigue fracture mechanism by Analysis the fatigue fracture surface.(5)The fatigue life of using coefficient Numerical simulation of the TRIP800 steel and Q&P steel were carried out by ANSYS numerical simulation.
