Scroll functional component is composed of the parts based on rolling friction instead of sliding friction characteristics.It includes several kinds such as ballscrews,linear ball guides,etc.The advantage of highly efficient energy,precision positioning,precision guidance make it widely used in machine tools,medical,aerospace,automotive and other fields.But in useing process,its service life was seriously affect by the recession phenomenon result from the precision of vibrating impact and abrasion.So it is necessary to analyze the reason to recessionary accuracy,study the method to maintain accuracy,improve the performance and quality of the croll functional component from recession rules of accuracy for the production enterprise in our country.This topic is for researching the phenomenon of the linear ball’s accuracy recession by milling,focusing on slider centroid’s rule of motion and rule of load,the simplifield platform model was built on Solid Works.Adding the static milling load model and the dynamic milling load model to Recur Dyn respectively,the slider centroid’s movement and load rules changing over tiome were outputted.It is concluded that the simulation method is proved rationality and feasibility by comparing the simulation force curve with the loading force curve which were calculated using a formula theory of linear ball guide.Through the analysis of slider centroid motion,acceleration variation,load changing rule,there are two special stages which could lead to recession of accuracy during the linear ball guide at work.namely the stage of start-stop feed in the reciprocating running test and the stage of milling force point via the quadrilateral which made up by the four slider centroid.It is used for better design the step load runing-in accelerated test and provide some references for the detection device.The simulation results also can avoid the improper selection of instruments.At the same time,the simulation of the curve can be reserved for contrasting with the test data and improve the efficiency and precision of the test results.
