In this paper,we mainly use chitosan and bentonite respective advantages, then under microwave irradiation, combine these two adsorbents, prepared cross-linked chitosan membrane(CCTS-m), chitosan load bentonite membrane(CTS-Bent-m) and chitosan load bentonite cross-linked membrane(CCTS-Bent-m). According to the adsorption capacity of heavy metal ions and dye in wastewater, to study the optimal conditions for preparing three films, to investigate the factors that its adsorption properties and to analyze adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics on the adsorption mechanism about three adsorbent.The results showed that:(1) By single factor and orthogonal experiment to determine the optimum conditions CCTS-m, CTS-Bent-m and CCTS-Bent-m: When we hand the copper ion solution, the optimum reaction condition of CCTS-m were as follows :1% glutaraldehyde solution 0.5ml, microwave radiation time 9min, microwave reaction temperature 60 ℃; CTS-Bent-m is chitosan and bentonite mass ratio of 3:1, microwave radiation time 15 min, microwave reaction temperature 60 ℃; CCTS-Bent-m is the mass ratio of chitosan and bentonite 3:2,1% glutaraldehyde solution 0.7ml, microwave radiation time 6min, microwave reaction temperature 50 ℃;when we deal with acid scarlet solution, CTS-Bent-m is chitosan and bentonite mass ratio of 3: 1, microwave irradiation time 15 min, microwave reaction temperature 55℃; CCTS-Bent-m is the mass ratio of chitosan and bentonite 3:3,1% glutaraldehyde solution 0.7ml,microwave radiation time 15 min, microwave reaction temperature 65℃.(2) Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) showed that: the infrared spectrum of CCTS-m and CCTS-Bent-m appeared Schiff base peaks,CTS-Bent-m and CCTS-Bent-m appeared chitosan and bentonite characteristic peaks, chitosan and bentonite relying on chemical reaction attract each other together in CTS-Bent-m and CCTS-Bent-m, CTS 、 CCTS were intercalated into the layer of bentonite.Three membrane have many the convex structure on the surface, large adsorption surface area, these advantages make the adsorption reaction more favorable.(3) We discussed the different p H, adsorption time, dosage, initial ion concentration and temperature for Cu2+ and acid scarlet solution effect the adsorption properties.(4)We investigated the adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of CCTS-m, CCTS-Bent-m and CCTS-Bent-m at different temperatures for Cu2+ and acid scarlet solution, then we used Langmuir thermodynamics, Freundlich thermodynamics and pseudo first-kinetics and pseudo second-kinetic model to analyze the experimental data.(5) Comprehensive comparison, the various properties of the three films, CCTS-Bent-m is the best performance membrane.
