All-electric micro injection molding machines have many advantages. They meet the precise requirements of micro-molding plastic parts, correspond to the target of efficient, precise, and energy-saving. All-electric micro injection molding machines also meet the trend of the future of plastic machinery. But, at present, the micro-injection molding machines are basically dependent on import in our country. In this paper, foreign advanced technology had been studied, and a method of differential driving for micro injection molding machine and related devices had been developed, solving the problem of controlling the small injection volume precisely. It has reference significance for the development of China’s micro-injection molding industry.(1) Each part of the structure and function of the micro-injection molding machine systems were analyzed. Adopt screw-plunger-type, two-stage injection system, and designed the injectable form of the differential transmission, providing accurate measurement of the plastic melt to achieve a wide range of injection volume with high pressure, high precision, seamless adhesive materials. The injection system’s main parts were analyzed, ultimately the parameters of each parts were determined.(2) The high-precision micro-multifunction clamping system was finished. For the special requirements of complex micro-products, put forward the new force balance of direct pressure clamping structure, to achieve high accuracy and repeatability clamping system and improved efficiency. The main structure of the clamping system were analyzed, including clamping system mechanical design, driving system design and molding design. The main parts were designed and selected. Modeled the injection molding system and clamping system.(3) Auxiliary systems of micro injection molding machine were designed and selected. Described the electrical control system principles; discussed and determined the mold by external heating devices and internal heating device consisting of variable temperature system design ideas. Lastly, mechanical security devices, security devices molds, electrical safety protection devices were preliminary discussed to improve the design of micro injection molding machine the whole machine equipment.(4) Preliminary studied the micro injection molding products——parallel-plate flow chamber. First, the dimensions and structure of the flow chamber were designed. Then the injection molding process of flow chamber was preliminary simulated. The flow chamber was detected and analyzed especially focusing on the analysis of the flatness and roughness. And the test results were compared to the design requirements.
