People from the nature of the lotus leaf effect, found that have a superhydrophobic effect of lotus leaf surface, and summed up in foliar micro-nano structure and hydrophobic wax quality work together. Material surface water contact Angle(WCA) is greater than 150°, can be considered super hydrophobic materials, super hydrophobic materials because of their excellent hydrophobic performance is expected to drag reduction, self-cleaning and widely used in such fields as oil/water separation.Nano ferroferric oxide(Fe3O4) superparamagnetic, electromagnetic shielding performance, with the polymer compound preparation of multifunctional hydrophobic material, is expected to meet the special electronic products for surface cleaning and electromagnetic shielding and other multi-functional characteristics growing demand. This paper embarks from the Fe3O4 coprecipitation preparation by sol-gel method, the different scales of Fe3O4@Si O2 particles and surface functionalization, to join the preparation of silicone polymer coating, rough surface with low surface energy materials and construction structure of combining the method of preparation of superhydrophobic composite coating, the surface structure and properties of super hydrophobic film to explore the relationship between, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Firstly, the structure of rough on the surface of the particles and the preparation of functional studies.Fe3O4 nanoparticles preparation from precipitation by sol-gel method, ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as precursor and adjust the dosage, produce the different scales of Fe3O4@Si O2 particles, then the 3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(MPS) for surface functionalization Fe3O4@ Si O2 particles. Fourier infrared(FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) and so on, according to the results of test and characterization of different scales was successfully achieved Fe3O4@Si O2particles with core-shell particles structure and functional groups grafted. TEM test results show that the Fe3O4@Si O2 shell particles Si O2 thickness increases with the increase of TEOS content, the magnetic intensity of Fe3O4@Si O2 particles decreases with the increase of the thickness of the Si O2. Functional Fe3O4@Si O2 particles keep superparamagnetism and hydrophobic, can be used in the mixture of solvent and water separation and recovery, and can be recycled many times.(2) Secondly, choose two size large difference of Fe3O4@Si O2(2), Fe3O4@Si O2(6), and Fe3O4@Si O2(2), Fe3O4@Si O2(10), control the quality of the two kinds of particles than 2:1, 1:1, 1:2, respectively, to join the silicone in the preparation of composite coating, water contact Angle(WCA) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) test, inspect its distribution, mass ratio and content of hydrophobic coating performance and the regularity of the influence of rough surface structure and function. The results show that the coating hydrophobic are increased with the increase of particle content and increase gradually, using complex ratio of single scale particles preparation of coating hydrophobicity. And, under the same conditions, using Fe3O4@Si O2(2), Fe3O4@Si O2(10) particle compound ratio Fe3O4@Si O2(2), Fe3O4@Si O2(6) after good preparation for the coating of hydrophobic, when the particle mass ratio 2:1 coating hydrophobic effect is best, a greater difference between particle size particles more effectively in the material surface coarse structure construction.(3) Finally, the research on different scales particle distribution and low surface energy materials on the properties of coating hydrophobic effect. Functionalized the Fe3O4@Si O2(2) and Fe3O4@Si O2(10) particles, according to the mass ratio of 2:1 and 1:2 compound with add silicone in the preparation of composite coating, inspects its proportion and content on the properties of coating hydrophobic effect. Water contact Angle(WCA) test results show that the functionalization of particles, and the multi-scale distribution is advantageous to the composite coating hydrophobic further improved. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), found that coating the surface coarse microstructure increased with the increase of particlecontent increasing, the functionalization can increase particles and the polymer substrate interface. The functionalized Fe3O4@Si O2(2) and Fe3O4@Si O2(10) particles according to the mass ratio of 2:1 distribution, particle content is 60.0% when the best coating hydrophobic, AFM test results show that the coating surface roughness is the best.
