Superhydrophobic materials have shown a very broad application prospect in various fields,especially the application demand of transparent superhydrophobic coatings on the surface of optical devices is more urgent.However,the transparency and superhydrophobicity of the superhydrophobic coating are two factors that affect each other,It is necessary to control the roughness of the coating to improve the transparency of the coating,ensuring the superhydrophobic performance of the coating,while taking into account the weather resistance and wear resistance of the coating,which is the limitations of the transparent superhydrophobic coating in the preparation and application.This paper attempts to prepare a superhydrophobic and transparent composite coating with resin and SiO2 nanoparticles to solve this problem.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the transparent composite resin substrate with excellent performance was prepared by using acrylic resin with high transparency as the substrate and modified by waterborne polyurethane.The hydrophilic nano-SiO2 modified by heptadecyl triethoxy silane was added into the resin as filler particles,and the composite coating was prepared by crosslinking and curing under the coupling effect of?-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550).In the study,SiO2,as a filler particle,not only obtains a reasonable roughness but also provides askeleton support for the coating.It is crosslinked with transparent composite resin to form a film,which makes the coating not only have good wear resistance and weather resistance but also have certain transparency.In the study,SiO2 as a filler particle,not only obtains a reasonable roughness but also provides skeleton support for the coating.It is crosslinked with transparent composite resin to form a film,which makes the coating have good wear resistance,weather resistance and certain transparency.The results show that the abundant silicon hydroxyl on the surface of hydrophilic nano-SiO2 leads to the aggregation of nanoparticles,the decrease of the transparency of the composite resin,the lack of wear resistance and hardness,and weather resistance.In order to solve the agglomeration effect of SiO2particles with poor dispersion,SiO2particles with excellent monodispersity and different particle sizes were prepared by controlling the concentration of ammonia and reaction temperature by the St(?)ber method.The surface of 30 nm and 100 nm SiO2 particles were modified by KH540 and KH560 to make them have amino and epoxy groups.The amino and epoxy groups were ring-opened to form bonds in the mutual mixing reaction,and finally,the composite SiO2 particles with the composite structure were obtained.Part of the silicon hydroxyl on the surface of SiO2 particles removed,which bring excellent dispersivity.At the same time,the surface of this composite structure can adsorb more air to further increase the hydrophobicity and low adhesion of the coating surface.In addition,the original composite resin was further modified by organic silicon resin(SI)rich in network structure(a large number of-Si-O-Si-).Modifying the ratio and process(SI 60wt%,SiO2 10 wt%),the contact angle of the prepared coating is 155°,the average transmittance is more than 90%,the binding force is 5.2 MPa,the contact angles of the coating treated at 120°C and-20°C for 12 days are 152°±1.5°and 135°±0.8°,and156.5°±1.5°after 100 h UV aging,while the water contact angles of the coating treated in acid,alkali and salt solutions are 152°±1°,145°±1.2°and 141°±1.2°,respectively.In summary,this paper improved the optimization of blending and prepared the composite superhydrophobic transparent coating of modified resin and nano-SiO2particles,which provided an experimental basis forthe wide application of the transparent superhydrophobic coating in the optical field.The paper has 52 picture,12 table,and 94 reference...
